Terms of Use

Welcome to DinkPass. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the DinkPass
mobile app, the admin.dinkpass.app dashboard, and the related services
(together, the "Service"), operated by the DinkPass team based in Da Nang, Vietnam.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1 · Your account
You need a DinkPass account to book courts or sign up for events. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current information when signing up;
- Keep your sign-in email secure — anyone with access to your email can claim your account via the magic-link;
- Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country, if higher).
You can delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We delete personal data within 30 days; see our Privacy Policy.
2 · Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to book courts in someone else's name without their consent;
- Repeatedly book and no-show, which deprives other players of slots;
- Use guest-booking flows to evade per-account rate limits;
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the Service;
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose under Vietnamese law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
3 · Bookings and cancellations
When you book a court via DinkPass, you reserve that court at the listed club for the listed time. Confirmation comes via email and the in-app booking list.
Cancellation policy (default — clubs may set their own; check the booking detail page):
- More than 24 hours before: free cancellation. Slot is released.
- Within 24 hours: cancellation is allowed in-app, but the club may still charge the booking fee at its discretion.
- No-show: the booking is recorded as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions.
4 · Events
Clubs may run events (clinics, tournaments, social play). When you sign up for an event, you commit to attending and to the event's price. You may cancel your own signup until the event starts; the cancellation policy in section 3 applies.
Events with insufficient signups may be cancelled by the club. In that case, you will be notified by email and any prepaid amounts refunded by the club.
5 · Payments
DinkPass does not process card payments. Payments for bookings and events are settled directly between you and the club, by one of the methods the club supports:
- Pay at club — cash or card at the front desk on arrival;
- Bank transfer — to the club's listed account; upload proof in-app;
- PayOS (where available) — Vietnamese e-wallet integration.
6 · Club relationship
Each club listed on DinkPass is independently operated. We provide the booking platform; the club provides the courts, coaches, and facilities. Disputes about court condition, coaching quality, or facility access are between you and the club, although we are happy to relay messages on request.
7 · Content and intellectual property
DinkPass, the DinkPass logo, and the Service interface are owned by the DinkPass team. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission. You retain ownership of content you submit (display name, avatar, etc.) but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service to other users who would normally see it (e.g. your name in an event roster).
8 · Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
- Every booking will succeed on the first try (slot availability changes in real time);
- Club opening hours, prices, or amenities are always current — clubs may update these without notice.
9 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, the DinkPass team is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid to DinkPass in the preceding 12 months — which, since the Service is free to players, is typically zero.
10 · Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if continued operation becomes commercially unviable (e.g. we shut down). We will give 30 days' notice for voluntary shutdown.
11 · Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
12 · Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Da Nang City, unless Vietnamese consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring the dispute in your own jurisdiction.
